Mission Statement

The programs of The Ivy League School are designed to foster an enthusiasm and dedication to life-long learning in the children whose lives the school impacts. By encouraging and challenging children to achieve their full potential, the school instills a thirst for knowledge that will last a lifetime.

To assist the Ivy League School in its constant pursuit of academic excellence the Ivy League School Foundation, Inc. has been established. As a vital and involved member of the community, the Ivy League School Foundation, Inc. believes that educating each succeeding generation of children to be caring, contributing and productive members of the community strengthens us all.

Accordingly, The Ivy League School Foundation’s mission is to provide an opportunity for a high quality education for children at Ivy League School and in surrounding communities’ schools who exhibit exceptional talent or potential, regardless of a child’s race, background, origin or economic status.

The Foundation will fulfill its mission by its establishment as the vehicle to raise and to distribute needed scholarship, fellowship and other programs devices that support a program of academic excellence to the Ivy League School as it requests, and to other groups in the surrounding communities. The Foundation’s funds will also be used for educational and charitable purposes; professional development of teachers and staff; continuing education and outreach; joint and mutual community programming; scholarships; purchasing of equipment to enhance education; and to build additional facilities as may be needed.
