2. Tour/Classroom Visit and assessment:

1. Once you have submitted your inquiry, you may then schedule a tour of our school by calling the office at 631-265-4177

1. Early childhood: Parent tour and student assessment

2. Kindergarten: Parent tour, student assessment and half day classroom visit

3. Grades 1-4: Parent tour, student assessment and full day classroom visit

4. Grades 5-8: Parent tour, student assessment and full day classroom visit

4. Required Forms

• Please submit both Transcript Release Form and Teacher Recommendation Form(s) to your child's school. An applicant file is complete when all materials have been received directly from your child's current school. Kindly notify your child's school that we require the current year's first semester report card, report cards for the last 2 years, and all standardized test results. Please submit:

• Transcript Release Form

• Teacher Recommendation Form (Lower Elementary School, Upper Elementary School)

• Teacher Recommendation Form(s) - Core Subjects (Math and English) and Headmaster/Principal (Middle School)

5. Decision

1. Once your admissions checklist is complete, you will receive a notification that a decision has been posted to your Blackbaud account. Please log in to review the decision.
