Teacher

Teachers applying for positions in the Elementary or Middle School, must possess New York State Certification in their respective field, and should have no less than three years of recent experience working in a school setting. Candidates should be thoroughly familiar with existing educational technology and have a well-rounded background in subject matter.

Teachers seeking positions in Ivy League’s Pre-School must have New York State Certification, at least three years of successful teaching experience and be well versed in language and mathematical concept development. They should have a thorough background in child development and a genuine desire to create a safe and nurturing environment where children are having fun and are excited about learning.

Teacher Assistant

Ivy League is a close community of faculty, staff, students and their families. As a Teacher Assistant, you will be working under the direction of a certified teacher. Applicants for this position should have some prior experience working with or supervising children, be enthusiastic and flexible, and sensitive to the needs of children. Preference will be given to applicants who have earned an associate’s degree or higher. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
